Leadership Camp is a concentrated leadership training program that accelerates participants’ growth as aware and empowered leaders. Which Camp is right for me?
We offer three types of Camp:
Leadership Camp: If you’re looking for a deeper immersion into the principles of Conscious Leadership, self-awareness, and authenticity in service of optimizing your own leadership strengths and style. Leadership Camp is also a great option for members of a leadership team.
Mini Camp: If you’d like to learn the basic tenets of Conscious Leadership in a fast-paced, highly efficient half day with us.
Couples Camp: If you’d like to enhance communication within or deepen a specific relationship, including your romantic relationship, your family relationships, or your business partnership.

What’s the schedule for Camp?
Attendance is expected at all sessions and activities, unless otherwise noted as optional.
Leadership Camp two-day schedule:

Where is Leadership Camp?
In-person Leadership Camps are held in Boulder, Colorado, the “happiest city” in the US and a hub for dynamic business. Our Mini-Camps are virtual, so you are able to join us from anywhere. Each Camp event will specify whether it is in-person or online.
Where should I stay during Leadership Camp?
Leadership Camps held in Boulder, Colorado are centrally located in downtown. Everything you do pertaining to Camp and the activities surrounding Camp can be done on foot.
Lodging near downtown Boulder is abundant, either in hotels like the St Julien or the Boulderado (closest), Embassy Suites or the Residence Inn (one mile), or Airbnb properties located near downtown. Whatever you choose based on your budget, you’ll find the experience of attending Camp beautiful and user-friendly.

What else should I know about Camp?
Leadership Camp is an emotionally intense, introspective experience. We will be working to uncover often lifelong patterns that can facilitate leadership but also get in the way unconsciously. One thing we notice is that most of these patterns have deep and meaningful emotional connections. As leaders, we often suppress emotions as not being “allowed at work.” Conscious leaders learn to be present and aware of the emotional underpinnings they bring to their work encounters, decisions, and judgments. Leadership Camp helps attendees explore their emotional substructure in a way that may feel direct and intense.
You will have full control over what you choose to share, but assume others will be sharing intimate and revealing information from which the entire group can learn. Be prepared for charged discussions. We believe noticing, naming and welcoming our patterns in a trusted group is key to creating transformation and reducing drama at work.

How much does it cost to attend?
Leadership Camp — $3,000 per person for the 2-day camp
Mini-Camp — $199 per person for the 3-hour camp
Couples Camp — $5,000 per couple for the 2-day camp

Are there scholarships?
